About Us
Yale I. Markus, Esq.
Yale I. Markus grew up in northern New
Jersey, and attended Monmouth University and Nova Southeastern
University Law School. He was a Harry Truman Scholar, magna cum laude,
an EMT, paramedic and a medical school entrant before attending law school
and practicing law.
Mr. Markus has practiced in the field of
personal injuries for more than 15 years handling claims for people injured
in car crashes, or by dangerous products and physicians. He now limits his
law practice to serious injuries. He is the author of legal
articles and attends continuing education.
Maria P. Markus, M.D.
Maria P. Markus grew up in South Florida,
and is a board-certified physician licensed in three states. She has
worked with our firm for six years, in addition to practicing medicine
for fifteen years. Dr. Markus reviews and evaluates all incoming
claims and assists with our litigation as consultant.
Sidney J. Adler, M.D.
Sidney J. Adler is a board-eligible
physician who has been with the firm for three years. He was in full-time practice in Florida for many years, treating female health and
surgical matters. Dr. Adler has assisted our law firm in the review of
claims, guiding us in complex medico-legal matters. |
